Blackberry is the premier emailing handset to give the user a push email service which will allows the user to read, edit and reply from the single device, you have two main types of blackberry service the individual user and the business user.
- The individual user has the push email service for up to ten email addresses and one designated blackberry address.
- The business user will have the same facilities as the individual user, the main difference is the access license which is purchased by the business user and is installed on the company server which then allows the company to access the handset and allows the user into the company server to down load files and information held there.
The handsets can be blocked from the company end should they be lost or stolen and all information stored on the handset is also stored on the server and can be downloaded back onto the replacement remotely regardless where the handset is in the world, this gives the user full security as they will never lose any relevant or important data.
